By placing an order with Cutesy Chaos Designs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Processing Time
   All items are handmade with love. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Custom orders may take longer.

2. Shipping
   We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers. Once a package leaves our hands, it’s out of our control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

3. Returns & Cancellations
   Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Damaged Items
   If your item arrives damaged, send clear photos of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

5. Product Care
   Our glassware is made with UV DTF decals. Hand wash only. Do not soak, scrub, microwave, or use in the dishwasher.
